Use the order confirmation or the account associated with your purchase to find its support and delivery instructions. Have the order reference, store URL and a clear description of the issue ready. Do not post payment details or license keys publicly.
Installing your theme
Follow the Shopify installation guide. Upload the installable ZIP, configure it in your theme library and preview before publishing. Keep your previous theme available while checking the new setup.
If something looks wrong
- Confirm which theme version is installed.
- Check whether the issue happens in an unpublished copy as well as the live store.
- Record the page, device and steps that reproduce it.
- Review recent app, setting or custom-code changes.
- Use the support route included with your purchase for version-specific help.
